Hi, I just received my blind today and wanted to say thanks. I absolutely LOVE it! My husband just put it up in the kitchen and it was cut beautifully. Thanks also for sending the sample of Ecowood. The ecowood blinds I'm thinking of getting would go behind curtains, so I wasn't as fussed about whether they looked real or not - but they do look real! In fact there wasn't a significant difference I found between the basswood and the ecowood - except that the kitchen basswood blind is a "feature" (i.e not covered by a curtain) blind, so I wanted to make sure I got the better one for it. Again, I'm so pleased and I have lots of other windows (too many windows actually) so I'll be in touch over the coming weeks or months to order more from you. The online help was great too. I then searched for an alternative blind rather than verticals for my sliding door. There is a blind type called Panel Glide Blinds. Its so difficult to find a dark blue block out for a boys room and the one we ordered was just perfect. Hi, We received our blind and cant believe how fantastic it is!  We bought blockout roller blinds when we first moved in (2 years ago) through a local curtains and blind shop and cant believe how much we have saved this time around.  Not only was it unbelievable cheaper (approx. $800 based on what we were charged last time) but it arrived the right colour (unlike last time) and within 7 working days (3 weeks sooner).  We will be ordering more very soon.  Thank you

I recently purchased some 25mm venetian blinds online through your company.  I am delighted with them.  They were easy to install, look great, operate well and the sizing was perfect.  For under $800 I bought enough to do my whole two bedroom unit which I think is a bargain.  It took less than 3 weeks from order to delivery for custom made sizes and the delivery guy was friendly and prompt also.  Thank you very much !!!

We heard about your company last year through a person who came to our
house to do an 'energy audit' .   I sent an email with a query which was
answered within two hours - the only reply I have ever received from a
company "Contact Us" address!  I mentioned this to friends who then
looked up your site and put their order in before we did.  They couldn't
believe how easily and efficiently everything was done and were thrilled
when their blinds arrived and went up.

Our order only went in a week before Christmas and amazingly was
delivered a few days later!  We had already left on a trip but our
daughter informed of us of the delivery.  Now returned home, my husband 
found the blinds easy to install and we are very pleased indeed with them.
