Simple and easy to install, in most instances you can do it yourself by following the manufacturers instructions.  Once you have already identified if the venetian blinds are to be mounted inside or outside the window frame, all you need to do is to screw in the special mounting clip onto the window frame in which the venetial blind then slips into and is then locked/clamped in place.

Of course if you don't feel comfortable installing the venetianblinds yourself, there is a whole cottage industry of people who will come and do it for you.  The choice is yours!
