Hi, I just received my blind today and wanted to say thanks. I absolutely LOVE it! My husband just put it up in the kitchen and it was cut beautifully. Thanks also for sending the sample of ecowood. The Ecowood Blinds I'm thinking of getting would go behind curtains, so I wasn't as fussed about whether they looked real or not - but they do look real! In fact there wasn't a significant difference I found between the basswood and the ecowood - except that the kitchen basswood blind is a "feature" (i.e. not covered by a curtain) blind, so I wanted to make sure I got the better one for it. Again, I'm so pleased and I have lots of other windows (too many windows actually) so I'll be in touch over the coming weeks or months to order more from you. The online help was great too. Do you realise you are the first company (online or otherwise) I have dealt with that takes the time to check their customers orders? Hi Kate, I just wanted to say thank you for your assistance yesterday. I took the blind down last night and discovered the rod in the head rail had moved to the left so it wasn't engaging the mechanism that attaches the tilt rod. It was just a simple case of moving it back to the right and all is working beautifully.

Hi, we received our blind and can’t believe how fantastic it is! We bought blockout roller blinds when we first moved in (2 years ago) through a local curtains and blind shop and can’t believe how much we have saved this time around. Not only was it unbelievable cheaper (approx. $800 based on what we were charged last time) but it arrived the right colour (unlike last time) and within 7 working days (3 weeks sooner). I recently purchased some 25mm venetian blinds online through your company. I am delighted with them. They were easy to install, look great, operate well and the sizing was perfect. For under $800 I bought enough to do my whole two bedroom unit which I think is a bargain.
