Any problems you have with your order can be reported directly to our Customer Service Representatives by submitting an Issue Form from your Account Area. Visit your Account Home via the 'My Account' link on the top right of the website.
All your recent orders are displayed here in summary form. Each order has a link to more details and a 'Report an issue' button from which you can submit an Issue Form. If your order is not in the recent orders list, click the 'See all Orders' button at the bottom of the list.
From within the order support area, please choose from one of the available options and fill out the correct form.
We will then work towards resolving your case as soon as possible.
