Am I able to cancel or change my order?

Yes, if your order has not been processed or despatched

If an order has not commenced production before you notify us of a cancellation or change there is every chance one of our friendly staff at Cheapa-Blinds will be able to assist. However, we can only accommodate requests within the parameters of our system therefore it is imperative that you contact us immediately by Submitting an Issue Form in the event of an order change or cancellation.

Please note that Cheapa-Blinds are unable to change or cancel an order once it has entered the manufacturing process or has been despatched from our warehouse.
