Warranty


All items sold by Cheapa-Blinds comes with its’ own Manufacturer’s Warranty. Terms and Conditions for each Product Warranty can be found below. The Manufacturer’s Warranty will cover a timeframe of one to two years depending on the product. Individual products will state the period of the warranty and covers product flaws and manufacturing issues.

Cheapa-Blinds also broaden this warranty to take account of goods damaged in the shipping process from our warehouse to your delivery address. In the unfortunate circumstance that this occurs you will be contacted within one working day by our staff from our Warranty Centre upon receiving your issue form. Please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions prior to completing your order so that you don’t void any warranty you may be entitled to.

Situations like this do not occur often but when placing your order you can have peace of mind in knowing that the team from Cheapa-Blinds are here to assist you every step of the way in the event that you do.

Manufacturer's Warranty

The first warranty provided on all products is the ‘Manufacturer’s Warranty’. This warranty is issued by the Manufacturer and details of this timeframe can be found on each individual product page. Please note that this warranty differs depending on Manufacturer.

Cheapa-Blinds Warranty

For information on the Cheapa-Blinds Warranty, please read the following extract which has been taken directly from the Cheapa-Blinds Terms and Conditions:

17. Product Warranties

17.1 In addition to the Manufacturer’s Warranty, Cheapa-Blinds provide a 24 month (two year) warranty on all products listed on the Cheapa-Blinds website from the date of original purchase unless otherwise stated.

17.2 Cheapa-Blinds Warranty excludes product fading, malicious damage and misuse, products that have been removed from the original delivery address and products that have been altered or tampered with in any way from its original delivered condition.

17.3 Return of the product under warranty must be arranged by the customer. All costs associated with the return of the product must in the first instance be borne by the customer until Cheapa-Blinds can assess the claim. If deemed a reasonable warranty claim, Cheapa-Blinds will replace or repair the product and return by courier to the original customer.

17.4 For Manufacturer’s Warranties and in some instances Manufacturer’s Extended Warranties please refer to individual product pages.


Reporting an Order Issue


The team at Cheapa-Blinds have devoted their efforts to product research and development as well as training staff to provide customers with the very best service. We aim to provide you with peace of mind when placing an order with us.

Order Support Area Includes:

Shipping

If you have any concerns regarding shipping including delayed or damaged order, missing cartons or if you will not be home at the time of delivery fill out an Issue Form now.

Order received

For order-related concerns including incorrectly filled order or faulty product that is under or outside warranty then fill out an Issue Form now.

Change your order

If you need to change your order whether it be to change your measurements, address or cancel your purchase fill out an Issue Form now.

Please Note: Photo evidence will be required for cases involving damaged goods, damaged freight or measurement support. You will be required to take the photos and have them ready for uploading PRIOR to reporting a problem. Cases relating to size measurements will require you to submit a photo showing the blind hanging full length in the window.

Problems that do not have the requested photos attached shall not be processed until such times as the photos have been received.
