The Cheapa-Blinds website provides blinds and curtains for purchase from a number of renowned, Australian owned manufacturers. Each manufacturers product is subject to its’ own warranty period.
If you discover what you believe to be a product fault within this warranty period please contact our Warranty Support Centre where our friendly staff will ensure to provide the best possible service and outcome.
The guarantee period only covers blinds that have been properly maintained and cleaned.

Please note: The guarantee does not cover blinds that are defective due to mistreatment, poor maintenance or have had alterations made to the width or drop by those unauthorised by Cheapa-Blinds.
