Cheapa-Blinds uses the program TOPD.CCL under the PPC Pay per Click advertising management scheme allowing our IT department to monitor any actions deemed fraudulent which is then recorded.
This program allows us to identify any details or websites related to a visitor who may be performing these measures and allows us to take action against this.
