Exterior Blinds

Depending on which style of outdoor blinds you have purchased will determine the best cleaning method.

For PVC Bistro Blinds

Things you’ll need:

• Window cleaning spray
• Paper hand towels

Step 1:

Unroll your blinds completely and starting on one side spray the window cleaning spray starting from the top to the bottom.

Step 2:

Allow this to soak for a few minutes.

Step 3:

Using the paper hand towels wipe away any dirt or grime that has built up on the blinds. Be sure to do this using a circular motion.

Step 4:

Leave the blinds open until they are completely dry.

For Polyester Bistro Shade Screens

Things you’ll need:

• Cleaning detergent
• Warm water
• Medium sized bucket
• Soft scrubbing brush
• Wet cloth

Step 1:

Fill the bucket with warm water and add a cup of cleaning detergent or laundry detergent such as NapiSan.

Step 2:

Unroll your blinds completely. Dip the soft scrubbing brush into the solution of warm water and detergent. Then starting from the top scrub the blinds focusing on spots or dirty areas.

Step 3:

Once this is complete, fill the bucket with cold water (Do not add any soap). Dip the wet cloth into the water and wipe the blinds removing any soap.

Step 4:

Leave the blinds open until they are completely dry.
