Your email notification will include the consignment note number, name of the courier company and their contact details. Most courier companies have an online tracking system which allows you to enter the consignment number and track the delivery of your order.
Please note that Cheapa-Blinds cannot change or redirect the address of delivery once it has left the warehouse.
When completing your order you will be asked to specify whether you prefer a signature required on delivery or if you give authority for the order to be delivered when the address is unattended. Courier companies will not accept any other forms of delivery instructions and will not ring prior to arriving at an address.
In the event you are not home at the time of delivery and have not authorised delivery of the goods when the address is unattended, the courier will leave a calling card and contact number so you can pick up the items from their depot or arrange another delivery time.
